Although there is an average time homes stay on the market according to MLS you can control the time your home stays on the market. Through proper pricing and staging. Staging a home is an important part of the marketing effort you put forth in the sale of any property. Packaging your home for profit and making it appealing to home buyers is a huge factor in the current market as is proper pricing. When you interview agents ask them what the average days on the market is for their office as well as their own personal stats. Hire the company who averages the best price in the least amount of time. If your agent can not answer questions about there own track record and how quickly or slowly they are selling homes it is a sure sign it is not very important to them. Any agent has access to MLS stats but you want to know what their personal track record is and how they are going to sell YOUR house.... more

Hi Irene,
Your listings are provided to us by two main sources, MLSLI and ListHub.net and for many of your listings both sources indicate that we should not publicly disclose the listing address information on our site. In order to remedy this, please contact MLSLI and ListHub.net to ensure that they update the respective data feeds they send to us to indicate that your listing addresses can be shown on our site. Once they make these updates, our display should update automatically to display the addresses.
Please let us know if you have any other questions about this or if you have any general feedback for us.
Best Wishes,

Hi Irene,
Barbara's answer is right on. There's no way to remove this module, but the "No Stats yet" text will go away once you start posting answers and/or blogs on Trulia Voices. Click on Barbara's photo to check out her profile and you'll see what I mean.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or feedback for us about participating on Trulia Voices.

Hi Irene,
Welcome to Trulia Voices and thank you for your question!
Trulia does not include commercial or lease properties within our search results at this time - only residential listings that are for sale. However I'll be sure to share your request with the rest of our team.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or feedback for us.

I agree with Carol, you should check with local town. If this is a pre-foreclsure status then all the offers are subject to bank's approval, the homeowner's decision is not final. You should save your money for your next rental or home purchase. You can also ask your landlord for the status (they may not tell you). Good Luck..... more
