Where are you getting your child per teacher ratio?Many of the schools in D 26 Queens ration of child per teacher is ridiculous. the school are excellent but the ratio is more like 25 per each teacher. I upper grade more like 30. Perhaps
The NYC Board of Ed website is a good place to start for informaton on schools - http://schools.nyc.gov. As a general rule, District 26 and 25 average the highest scores. Howver, there are many excellent schools in each area of Queens. As a parent (and member of my school's Leadership Team) my personal non-realtor experience has been that the most important influence in a child's education are their parents and the support and encouragement given to do well in schools.... more
Your question really doesn't make sense. Obvioulsy English isn't your first language.
You can buy a home. Anyone can own property in America. You might not be able to qualify for a loan and that is different than being able to buy. Loans are given by banks based on the person's past credit record. If you have no credit history you can't start with a mortgage.
I have no idea what the children and University have to do with the situation. Contact an attorney that specializes in immigration and can speak your language for further advice.... more
