Depends on how much you are paying for rent each month they easier it is to find a lease. With pets there is usually a a security and you should have first last and refrences in hand.
You can check on craigslist too.... more
There are many factors to consider to, but a good rule to follow is 1 acre per horse. You can do less per horse, but you may need to feed more hay and grain. Good luck
You need to speak with a reputable lender.....directly, not through Trulia. If you would like to give me a call, I can refer you to some reputable mortgage brokers.
Hi jon The Ana Verde area is a great place I personally Have a best friend That lives there. He Has a
Small
family and he loves it and hasn't had any problems such as any crime and is always pretty quiet there.
The only thing he complained about was the little drive to all the gas stations and shopping but for
as much house he got for the price he loves it! Now the values have not really gone up if anything have
actually gone down there still some foreclosures and some more coming but not as much as there was
before the area got hit really hard a few years back! There is a mello roos tax in Ana Verde as well!

why are you interested in this number and why for an entire year?
What homes is so wide ranging that as Realtors we cannot have a detailed answer at all.
What size of home, construction, style, age, upgrades and so much more and then where
are they located within a town's certain subdivision or location. All can make a difference.
Basically you do not want to compare homes that do not compare, it is like comparing apples and oranges. More specifics are needed, and why a year?

Joseph is right, check the foundation before you buy, Centex Foundation has lots of foundation reports already done in that neighborhood, and many others. As always, find a buyer agent who you enjoy being with they can and will help you immensley.

Check with the police department or a crime stats web site for the specific area, however not all of NLV has high crime. Aliante is a wonderful community. Low crime. (been here 7 months, none in our neighborhood)... more
Realtors by law cannot give you information like that, because it could be understood as steering
buyers or the public in general in or out of certain areas and that is against the law.
Therefore you need to do your research either on the internet on the town websites and the school report card website and then visit the neighborhoods you want to buy in at various times of the week
to get to know it......For safety visit the local police department and they will give you information.
Here is another thought and advice I always give to my clients .....
a good or bad neighborhood, or the right neighborhood for YOU could be drastically
different for the next person, therefore hard to answer this questions in general ....
for schools I always tell my clients, visit the schools, look at their report cards on the
internet and the programs offered and decide which one would be best for the NEEDs
of YOUR children, every child had different need, is it the arts programs, the academics,
or the athletics that are most important for your kids.
AND THEN ...... LIFE CHANGES as you must know and so changes a neighborhood, people are moving in and out, new constructions go up etc. etc. and with that schools also change, more
children less children moving into the area, with all kinds of different needs...
So please do your own research..... If you feel like you do not know which websites to do your research on I am sure any local Realtor you connect with would be able to provide you with
that information and would then be very helpful in finding the right home for you and guide you
through the entire process. If you need a recommendation let us know.
