"Veronica assisted us in purchasing a home in 2010. We actively looked in the Santa Monica, Venice and Brentwood market for over 18 months. During the process, Veronica continued to stay committed to helping us find the perfect home for us. She updated us on a weekly basis as to which houses were coming on the market and which ones were sold. There were times when we were tired of going to open houses and searching for a new home, but not Veronica, she was committed to finding our home and remained so until we closed last October. Our escrow period was extended for over 3 months which presented multiple items to negotiate over including but not limited to price, credit, time frame and title. During this process, Veronica represented our best interests by negotiating with the sellers on our be half. We trusted that she was going to represent us in a fair, yet tough way in order to receive favorable results.
