Not sure what property what property you are referring to, nor to whom the question is directed to--however keep in mind that if the property is listed on MLS, any local agent can help you, it does not necessarily need to be the listing agent--as for the broker fee, generally the tenant pays unless the landlord has agreed otherwise.
