This is actually rare that a company wants to lease a house.
There are a few cases where the individual rents the house, but the company pays the rent.
We've done this a few times and it has worked well. I would guess that's less than 1% of the rentals though.
Otherwise it is much the same as renting to an individual.

Just list with any Realtor of you're choice and ask the Realtor to list it as a corporate lease in MLS.
