Happy to assist with any and all of your questions. I work with individual property owners, investors, families searching to lease a home. You do want to protect yourself on any property leasing with right lease contract agreements and etc. AND who is the resident on property

This is actually rare that a company wants to lease a house.

There are a few cases where the individual rents the house, but the company pays the rent.
We've done this a few times and it has worked well. I would guess that's less than 1% of the rentals though.

Otherwise it is much the same as renting to an individual.

What did you have in mind?

Just list with any Realtor of you're choice and ask the Realtor to list it as a corporate lease in MLS.

Best luck.
