How cool! My family is from San Antonio and I am in the process of finding my cousin a house to rent....he gave me 3 days notice...so you are already ahead of the game.

If you know where you may be working, or what part of town you want to live in, then you can tell a Realtor to set up an automatic search for you to send you a list of all available homes and/or duplexs and/or apartments. Just need to tell them your min and max specs....$ per month, # of bedrooms, if you have pets, and any other must have's...then let the fun begin!

There is no fee to you at all...the Realtor get's paid by the home owner or property management company...
