Renting through a property management may be very difficult with the given circumstances. Most will require a minimum of 3 times monthly rent for the qualifying income amount, and a previous eviction can be a large red flag - though you do need to make clear that the eviction was related to the foreclosure, and you were NOT evicted from a rental property IF that is the case.
I would recommend that you utilize rent websites that are posted by private parties. They will be more likely to identify with your situation and are generally more flexible that property management companies. Here's a few to consider:

Best of Luck - I'm sure there's something out there for you!

based on your circumstances it is going to be difficult to find a rental. You will have to document well why you had an eviction post foreclosure and what is different now that will ensure that you will not fall into that trap again.
I own rental property and I show a lot of rental homes to clients. One thing that seems to be constant among most people looking to rent their place is the affordability. I know I personally look for at leasst twice the monthly rent in income with good credit and three times the monthly rent in income with not so good credit.
Be prepared ot get a lot of rejection and at the same time to justify your reasons for the two losses.... With a sound explanation you can probably find a place to rent.
What are you looking for in a home? How many bedrooms, bathrooms, size, and rental price amount?
