According to MLS taxes appear to be $$6,289; however it's always a good idea to reverify any tax information with the local tax assessor's office. As for permits, much will depend on the extent of the work, is an expeditor involved, etc., therefore the question can best be answered by the local building's department--as well as the tree removal question.
