could, take me off the mortgage. I recently found out that she has not made a payment for the last two years, never took my name off the mortgage and the bank has written off the loan. This is the only mark on my credit. What are my rights in this situation?

Ouch - that's lawyer territory. I don't understand how this wasn't taken care of 2 years ago?

So if the bank has "written off the loan" - did she sell in a short sale? foreclose?

Certainly call an attorney. My concern is that you were on the mortgage, but never notified or given an opportunity to salvage the mortgage, how legal was the foreclosure. First call to your divorce attorney...then speak with a real estate expert.
