Really you built this home? I lived in it from 1960-71 and my parents sold it in 1972. I am surprised to see it is now a duplex. My Dad had the top apratment with LR, DR, kitchen, bedroom and office built on for my Nana to live when she retired in 1966. The crab apple tree is so big but sadly the weeping willow I used to play under is gone.
