Have you discussed your concerns with your current agent? If so what was his/her response? Price is usually the main factor for either selling quickly or languishing on the market. But there are other factors that can have a significant affect on the marketability of your home. Are you on a busy street? Are you next to commercial or industrial property? Does your home appear cluttered? What about curb appeal? Before you speak to another agent, speak to your current agent so that you are both on the same page.
Also your question does not give enough information about what you mean when you say your "home isn't moving". Obviously it's not sold. Do you mean there aren't enough showings? Please elaborate so that we can better help you. What's your MLS number?

Make sure your current agent has done a Comparable Market Analysis with you to compare other prices for homes within your area. Also double check their marketing strategy.
I would advise you not to hire another realtor to reduce the risk of paying 2 commissions, but once your contact with them has expired you should consider another realty company altogether.
If you have further questions feel free to inbox me directly. Good luck!
Your options are to get a release from your Realtor and hire another or wait until your listing agreement runs out and then hire another.
Two things to consider when a property is not selling: 1) is it priced accurately; and, 2) is it being properly marketed.
