We've been living on Landing rd. for almost a year and I got to say that the 24/7 noise from the traffic is very anoying (Landing rd. is pretty much the only street everybody around this area takes to get out), other than that, is a nice clean neighborhood, friendly people, walking distance to nice parks and the beach.

I live on Clement Street in Glen Cove. One block south of Landing Rd. I love the area.Morgan beach is within walking distance of my home. I have lived in Glen Cove all my life. The only negative I find is that the taxes are a pretty high. I might have to sell my house because of that reason alone. Good Luck!
