I am not aware of a first time home buyers grant in Florida.
There is a S.H.I.P. program in most counties that aids with down payment money for first time home buyers that in most cases must be eventually paid back. At this time funds are very scarce.
There is a Florida Bond program that aids with mortgages. At this time money is very scarce.
There is also Homestead Exemption which reduces the taxable value of your home if you use it as a primary residence.
An outright grant. No.
