Hi there Deb,
Unfortunately, Trulia does not allow home buyers to sell their own homes on this site. In order to get your home on Trulia, you will need to work with a real estate professional.
The best solution for you would be to find a real estate pro who will work on a flat fee for you. This way, it will keep your costs down, maintain control of the sale of your home and get your home listed on Trulia.com
There are real estate professionals in Boca Raton who specialize in Flat Fee transactions. You can find such a profesional using our "Find a Pro" tool, found here: http://bit.ly/JADqcC
Let me know how else I can help!

I frequently experience the same situation Lori. I think the Inactive status does not jump out at viewers. Perhaps Trulia could look into making that status field more obvious.... more

Hi Abc123,
I might be able to help you. Which property are you looking for?
If you post a link to the property in question, I should be able to look into this for you.

Hi Peter,
I have flagged your issue to our Priority Customer Service team and we are looking into this property for you. As Mark says below, the listing does say that the home is still "to-be-built" but we're going to look into it for you to make sure.
Let me know if there are any other details or problems that you would like us to check out.
Thanks Peter!

Hi there Kara,
The best way to increase the number of the photos on our site is to speak to your listing agent and ask them to post more pictures into the MLS feed. Currently, there is no way to add individual photos to a home through Trulia.com.
I hope that helps. Let me know if there's anything more I can do for you.

Hi Aaron,
In order to post a rental listing on Trulia, your account must indicate that you area a landlord. It looks as though you changed that once you posted your listing. In order to edit your listing, you'll need edit your profile and change your account back to 'landlord'. When you edit your profile first select the 'Real Estate Pro' option. A new dropdown menu will appear that will let you select 'Landlord'.
Once you do that you will have access to a My Listings section of your account where you can edit your listing. You'll also have a My Leads section where you can manage your inquiries.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Best Wishes,
Emily... more

Hi Carole,
Connie's answer is correct. To reiterate - access the My Listings section of your account either via the dropdown menu next to your photo in the upper-right corner of the page or via www.trulia.com/account/listings. You should see your listings on this page either under the 'For Sale' or 'For Rent' tab. You'll also find the option to edit any of these listings. Though it shouldn't take two full days for your updates to go live on Trulia, it may take up to 24 hours for those changes to take effect.
If you need any further help, please contact our Customer Service team either by phone at 888-466-3501 Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm PST, or send them an email via the link below.
Best Wishes,
Emily... more

It is listed at the top as "Off Market." Frankly, it should not be on here at all. Yet another example of why sites like Trulia and Zillow need to be put on a tight leash. When a listing is on a local MLS or on Realtor.com it is removed from the public record as soon as it goes "off the market." It is not left up for all the world to see and think it may be for sale. That said you need to contact Trulia directly - try going http://www.trulia.com/help/ and click "Contact Us."... more
I believe most listings on Trulia are in Lubbock's multiple listing service, listed by local REALTORS. If you are ready to sell your home I would like to visit with you and share what I can do to get your home sold. I work with lots of buyers and many of them start looking on Trulia.
