"Al is not only the one of the finest realtors I have worked with over the years but just a fine person with excellent knowledge, integrity and a keen sense of humor. We were so happy and satisfied with his assistance in buying the first property in Las Vegas in September. And we are buying more properties through him now. As a Chinese Canadian investor, it was my first time to do the home hunting in Las Vegas this September. He made me feel like I could ask any strange/odd questions and he did his best to explain every detail to me. As a Canadian buyer, I feel safe when working with him in terms of wiring the money for Earnest Deposit and the balance, and buying property in America. Al has warm personality and sharp business mind with extended knowledge in many different fields. We could talk about vary topics like finance, culture, music, books, etc. He really makes business fun and easy (due to his strong local network), meanwhile makes me feel as a close friend. When issues came up, Al handled them well and professionally. Moreover, he was willing to go extra mile to make things easier for me. For instance, before I came back again for the final step, he helped arrange the home inspection, do the closing walk-through and pay a maid to clean the new home for me. For the first couple nights, there was no internet available at the new home, he just lent me his IPad with no hesitation. The result speaks itself in terms of the magnificent work Al did: In two months, we bought more than four properties through him in Las Vegas, and now we are in the process of dealing with more."
