We bought our first home in 2004 and Tom helped us as nervous first time home buyers navigate the process with ease and comfort. "April 8, 2010If you want Realtors that make you feel like you are their only client, then Tom and Joanne are the answer. As first time homebuyers the process is very overwhelming. We first met Tom thru a house they had listed in Maynard. Tom and Joanne were the listing agents on this property. Tom had walked us thru the entire process of submitting an offer. This deal didn’t go thru, but all that meant was the beginning of our relationship. Tom and Joanne helped us move forward. They guided us along with a search for a home. There was never any pressure from them. We had looked at several homes. They made us feel like we were the only client by working around what day and time worked best for us, going to houses that met our criteria and discussing the likes and dislikes of the houses.
