If you want to know the taxes for a particular home, all you need to do is go to http://www.eproptax.saccounty.net/.
There you will enter in the parcel # (APN# that is listed with the MLS info). It will bring up the taxes for the property. What you want to look at are the "direct levy" portion of the taxes. You can click on the direct levy amount and it will list all those tied to that property.
The site is a great tool for those home buyers!
