I have helped many people relocate to Austin since becoming a Realtor. While I am now with Austin Home Girls, I began my career selling with Keller Williams Realty in early 2007 to mid 2010. Prior to joining Keller Williams I worked for Vintage Fine Homes, a very high end custom builder as office manager. I assisted clients with contracts, change orders, spec selections and scheduled contractors and managed all the documents including contracts. Most of our homes were priced between 2 million to 20 million, plus the cost of the land. The typical Vintage" home was about 8 million on Lake Travis with 2-10 acres of land. Since our homes were all 100% custom, we only built about 8 homes a year, which allowed us to give each client our undivided attention. I have carried this philosophy into my real estate career, as I will work with no more than five clients at one time. For three years I worked as field office manager for DPR Construction in the same capacity. DPR is a national commercial builder, and you may recognise some of the projects I personally worked on in Austin: The Children's Hospital, Brackenridge Hospital, Solectron, and Riata Corporate Park.
